Xiaomi has launched its latest mid-range smartphone, the Redmi Turbo 5, specifically designed to cater to the demands of power users. This new device promises an exceptional battery life that exceeds two days, thanks to its impressive 7540mAh battery, which incorporates cutting-edge 16% Silicon Carbon technology. For those in the market for a smartphone priced under Rs 40,000, the Redmi Turbo 5 is certainly worth considering. The device boasts a striking new design, featuring Pixel Matrix ring lights that elegantly respond to notifications, calls, and music. It is constructed with dual-sided premium glass, an aerospace-grade metal frame, and is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 7i. Additionally, it holds various IP ratings including IP66, IP68, IP69, and IP69K, ensuring robust protection against dust and water. Regarding pricing and availability, the Redmi Turbo 5 starts at Rs 37,999 for the 8GB+256GB variant, while the 12GB+256GB model is priced at Rs 40,999. Xiaomi is currently offering a discount of Rs 2,000 on both configurations. The smartphone will be available for purchase beginning June 19, 2026, at noon through Mi.com, Amazon.in, and various Xiaomi retail outlets across India.
