
Xiaomi's sub-brand, Redmi, has officially unveiled the Redmi Note 15 Pro series in India, marking a significant addition to the mid-range smartphone market. This new line includes the Redmi Note 15 Pro and the Redmi Note 15 Pro+, both featuring cutting-edge technology and a starting price of Rs 29,999. The Redmi Note 15 Pro and Pro+ boast impressive specifications, including a stunning 6.83-inch 1.5K CrystalRes AMOLED display. With a refresh rate of 120Hz and peak brightness reaching up to 3200 nits, these devices promise an exceptional viewing experience. Notably, the Pro+ variant features a sleek curved display, while the standard Pro model retains a flat screen. Under the hood, the Redmi Note 15 Pro+ is equipped with a Snapdragon 7s Gen 4 processor and comes with up to 12GB of RAM, ensuring robust performance. It houses a powerful 6500mAh battery that supports 100W HyperCharge technology. Conversely, the Note 15 Pro is powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 7400-Ultra chip, paired with 8GB of RAM and a slightly smaller 6,580mAh battery that supports 45W fast charging. Photography enthusiasts will appreciate the dual camera setup on both models. The series features a 200MP main camera utilizing a Samsung ISOCELL HP3 sensor, complemented by an 8MP ultrawide lens. For selfies, the Pro variant offers a 20MP camera, while the Pro+ enhances the experience with a 32MP front-facing camera. Both models are fortified with Gorilla Glass Victus 2 and offer superior water and dust resistance, boasting IP66, IP68, IP69, and IP69K ratings. In terms of availability, the Redmi Note 15 Pro is set to be offered in Silver Ash, Mirage Blue, and Carbon Black, starting at Rs 29,999 for the 8GB+128GB model, and Rs 31,999 for the 8GB+256GB variant. The Pro+ will be available in Coffee Mocha, Mirage Blue, and Carbon Black options, priced at Rs 37,999 for the 8GB+256GB version, and Rs 39,999 and Rs 43,999 for the 12GB+256GB and 12GB+512GB models, respectively. Additionally, customers can benefit from a Rs 3,000 instant discount when using HDFC Bank cards. The Redmi Note 15 Pro series is set to hit the shelves starting February 4, 2026.
