Xiaomi unleashes SU7 Ultra with Nürburgring-Limited Edition and Track Package in China

Xiaomi has unveiled its latest high-performance electric vehicle, the SU7 Ultra, featuring two remarkable variants that redefine electric vehicle innovation: the 'Track Package' and the exclusive 'Nürburgring Limited Edition.' The base model of the SU7 Ultra is priced at RMB 529,900, while the Track Package elevates the price to RMB 629,900. For collectors, the Nürburgring Limited Edition comes with a hefty price tag of RMB 814,900, with only 100 units planned for production, and just 10 available for the 2025 model year. From its inception, the SU7 Ultra was engineered with a clear goal in mind: to dominate the Nürburgring Nordschleife. It achieved this feat by setting a record as the fastest electric executive vehicle on the renowned German racetrack, clocking in at an impressive 7:04.957. Even more noteworthy, a prototype version recorded a blistering time of 6:22.091, securing third place overall and establishing a new benchmark in the prototype category. The Track Package enhances the SU7 Ultra with performance-focused upgrades, including Bilstein EVO R height-adjustable coilovers, ENDLESS brake pads, and dual sets of Pirelli tires designed for both everyday driving and semi-slick circuit performance. Additional features include a lightweight carbon fiber roof, U-shaped 21-inch forged wheels, and carbon fiber rear wheel arches. Beneath the surface, the Hyper Tri-Motor system produces an astounding 1,548 PS, allowing the vehicle to accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in a mere 1.98 seconds, with a top speed reaching 350 km/h. Xiaomi emphasizes that this track-ready model was fine-tuned at the Nürburgring to ensure superior handling and control. The Nürburgring Limited Edition takes performance to another level by incorporating the Track Package while adding more features, such as carbon fiber racing bucket seats equipped with FIA-certified 6-point harnesses, a half-roll cage that replaces the rear seats, and an underbody aero panel that generates 44kg of downforce at high speeds. It also boasts carbon fiber enhancements throughout the vehicle, unique 'Ultra Lightning' decals, and a special in-car badge denoting its limited edition status. "This model isn’t just about speed. It’s about providing a premium, race-inspired driving experience in a four-door EV that’s both road-legal and track-capable," stated Xiaomi EV in an official comment. Orders for both the SU7 Ultra and its variants are currently open in Mainland China through the Xiaomi EV App and WeChat Mini Program.
