Data revealed that approximately 52% of users experienced problems with the mobile app, while 38% faced issues on the website, and 10% reported difficulties with their feed or timeline. Moreover, the outage was not limited to India; users in the United States also experienced similar issues, with nearly 28,000 outage reports logged by 8:45 PM, indicating a potential global impact.
