Vivo is gearing up to launch its highly anticipated X300 series in India on December 2, just weeks after its initial launch in China and subsequent global rollout. This series will feature two models: the Vivo X300 and the Vivo X300 Pro. Recent information from tipster Sanju Choudhary has shed light on the expected pricing for the standard Vivo X300 in India. According to the leak, the model equipped with 16 GB of RAM and 512 GB of storage is projected to be priced at a maximum retail value of Rs. 89,999, although it may be available at a lower price once sales commence. The variant with 12 GB of RAM and 256 GB of storage is anticipated to launch at Rs. 74,999, while the higher-end 16 GB and 512 GB model could be priced at around Rs. 80,999. These price points suggest that the X300 will directly compete with the recently launched OnePlus 15. In addition to the smartphone pricing, Choudhary has also revealed information regarding Vivo’s Telephoto Extender Kit, which is expected to retail at Rs. 20,999. This accessory features Zeiss 2.35x teleconverter lenses, enhancing the phone’s optical zoom capabilities. It includes NFC technology for automatic detection and can activate a dedicated Teleconverter Mode within the camera app. Moreover, there are hints of an exclusive color option for the Vivo X300 in India, dubbed Summit Red, although details remain scarce. The global variants are available in Mist Blue and Phantom Black, while the X300 Pro comes in Dune Brown and Phantom Black. Vivo has already shared some key specifications for the X300 series. Both models will be powered by MediaTek’s advanced 3 nm Dimensity 9500 chipset, alongside the VS1 Pro Imaging chip and the V3 Plus Imaging chip. They will operate on OriginOS 6, based on Android 16. Comprehensive specifications and official pricing are expected to be unveiled during the launch event next month.
