Vivo T4 Lite 5G with 6.4 inch 90Hz display, 6,000 mAh battery launched in India

Vivo has introduced its latest addition to the T series, the T4 Lite, designed for performance enthusiasts. This new smartphone is priced starting at ₹9,999, making it a competitive option in the budget segment. Equipped with a MediaTek Dimensity 6300 processor, the T4 Lite boasts a vibrant 6.4-inch IPS display with a smooth 90Hz refresh rate and a peak brightness of 1,000 nits. The device is powered by a robust 6,000mAh battery, ensuring extended usage without frequent recharges. In the competitive sub-₹10,000 market, the T4 Lite faces challengers such as the Lava Shark Storm, Infinix Note 50x, and Motorola G45. The pricing structure includes ₹9,999 for the 4GB RAM and 128GB storage model, ₹10,999 for the 6GB RAM version, and ₹12,999 for the top-tier 8GB RAM with 256GB storage. Available in striking Prism Blue and Titanium Gold, the T4 Lite will be purchasable through Flipkart, Vivo's official site, and various offline retailers starting July 2. The device features a side-mounted fingerprint scanner, a 3.5mm headphone jack, and a single speaker setup. With an IP64 rating, the phone offers protection against dust and light splashes, though it is not waterproof. On the performance side, alongside the Dimensity 6300, the T4 Lite is complemented by the Mali-G57 MC2 GPU, supporting options for 4/6/8GB of LPDDR4x RAM and up to 256GB of storage, expandable by a microSD card up to 1TB. Photography enthusiasts will appreciate the dual-camera system, which includes a 50MP primary lens and a 2MP depth sensor, while selfies and video calls are handled by a 5MP front-facing camera. The device runs on Funtouch OS 15, based on Android 15, with a commitment to provide two years of software updates and three years of security patches. Although it supports a massive battery, fast charging is limited to 15W.
