Conversational AI platform VerbaFlo raises $7 million in funding led by Pi Labs

VerbaFlo, an innovative conversational AI platform tailored for real estate professionals, has successfully secured $7 million in a seed funding round led by Pi Labs. This investment aims to bolster the company’s international reach and enhance its product offerings. The funding round attracted additional investments from Haatch, Navigate Ventures, Old College Capital, and several global family offices. With this latest influx of capital, VerbaFlo's total funding has now reached approximately $9 million. The company plans to allocate the newly acquired funds towards expanding its footprint in the United States and other international markets, enhancing product development, and increasing its workforce. Founded in October 2024 by Sayantan Biswas, Abhishek Garg, VP Singh, and Dan Smith, VerbaFlo specializes in creating AI-driven tools designed to automate leasing processes, streamline operations, and improve tenant interactions for residential property owners and managers. "The real estate sector is one of the largest industries globally, yet it continues to rely on fragmented communication across various channels," remarked Sayantan Biswas, the founder of VerbaFlo. He continued, "Our platform is designed to tackle this challenge by offering a specialized AI solution for residential real estate that seamlessly integrates with existing operator systems, facilitating the automation and optimization of communications throughout the resident lifecycle." Currently, VerbaFlo supports over 40 use cases, ranging from inquiry management and lead qualification to bookings, onboarding, and resident engagement. The platform manages communications for more than 200,000 residential units worldwide, growing by approximately 30,000 units each month, and is capable of supporting conversations in over 200 languages. With a strong presence in the UK and Europe, VerbaFlo has recently made its entry into the United States and has plans to further expand into regions such as West Asia, Australia, and South Africa. Faisal Butt, founder and managing partner at Pi Labs, praised the team, stating, "Sayantan and his team have developed an outstanding AI-centric platform for multi-unit residential management, utilizing agentic AI to streamline leasing and property operations. The results are clear: quicker leasing, reduced operational hurdles, and a significantly improved resident experience."
