Realme has introduced its newest entry-level smartphone, the Realme C71, priced at ₹7,699 in India. This device boasts a remarkable 6300mAh battery, a sleek profile measuring just 7.94mm, and the ability to charge other devices wirelessly. At the heart of the C71 is the UNISOC T7250 octa-core processor, which is built on a 12nm architecture and features a combination of Cortex-A75 and A55 cores. Accompanied by the Mali-G57 GPU, this smartphone runs on the Realme UI, which is based on Android 15, and includes a feature for virtual RAM expansion to enhance multitasking capabilities. One of the standout aspects of the C71 is its impressive battery life. Realme claims that the 6300mAh battery can last up to two days on a single charge. In addition to its standard charging capabilities, the phone supports 6W reverse charging, enabling it to double as a power bank for other devices. In terms of design, the C71 features a unique “Pulse Light” effect and is available in nine color options, alongside five lighting modes that respond to various notifications like calls and messages. The audio experience is amplified with what Realme describes as “300% Ultra Volume,” along with AI-driven noise reduction for clearer voice calls. Photography is also a highlight, with a 13MP rear camera equipped with PDAF autofocus and a wide f/2.2 aperture, powered by the Omnivision OV13B sensor. The camera offers various modes including Pro mode, AI Eraser, and both slow-motion and time-lapse features. On the front, users will find a 5MP camera with gesture-based capture functionality and a 76.6° field of view. Realme offers the C71 in two storage variants and emphasizes durability with its “Armor Shell” protection. The company asserts that the device has undergone rigorous military-grade tests, including a drop from 1.8 meters and a pressure test of 33kg, ensuring it can withstand everyday use.
