Google has officially unveiled its latest innovation, the Pixel 10 Pro Fold, featuring the powerful Tensor G5 chipset and vibrant OLED displays. This device, like its predecessors, operates on Google's stock Android, launching with the latest Android 16 and promising an impressive seven years of OS updates and security enhancements. Positioned to compete directly with established players such as the Samsung Z Fold 7 and Vivo's X Fold 5, the Pixel 10 Pro Fold aims to carve out its niche in the foldable smartphone landscape. Alongside this new model, Google introduced several other products: the Pixel 10, Pixel 10 Pro, Pixel 10 Pro XL, a new Pixel Watch, and two updated Pixel Buds. Retailing at ₹1,72,999 for the model featuring 16GB of RAM and 256GB of storage, the Pixel 10 Pro Fold is available in a sleek Moonstone color. The device boasts a 6.4-inch 120Hz OLED cover display with a sharp resolution of 1080 x 2364 pixels and an impressive peak brightness of 3,000 nits. The main display unfolds to an 8-inch LTPO OLED panel with a resolution of 2076 x 2152 pixels, also featuring the same peak brightness. Both displays are safeguarded by Corning Gorilla Glass Victus 2, ensuring durability. In terms of photography, the Pixel 10 Pro Fold is equipped with a versatile camera system, including a 48MP primary camera, a 10.5MP ultra-wide lens, and a 10.5MP telephoto lens with 5x optical zoom. Additionally, users will find a 10MP selfie camera on both the cover and inner displays, complete with autofocus and a wide 87-degree field of view. The smartphone is powered by a robust 5,015mAh battery that supports 30W wired fast charging and 15W Qi2 wireless charging. It also holds an IP68 rating for water and dust resistance, capable of enduring submersion in up to 1.5 meters of water for 30 minutes. Connectivity options include Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth v6, NFC, and comprehensive GNSS support encompassing GPS, GLONASS, Galileo, Beidou, QZSS, and NavIC.
