The UK government is set to encourage major tech firms like Apple and Google to implement systems that block the display of nude images on smartphones unless users confirm their age. While the government is not planning to introduce legal requirements immediately, this push for nudity-blocking technology could pave the way for mandatory regulations if companies fail to comply.
