Speaking at the company's 21st Annual General Meeting via virtual platform, he highlighted the strategic importance of a recent Free Trade Agreement between India and the United Kingdom, which positions the company to aid Indian businesses entering the UK market, as well as support UK firms looking to invest in India. Dinesh emphasized the company's commitment to operational efficiency as a fundamental component of sustainable performance. He stated, "We are focused on building a more agile organization that can adapt to changing market dynamics and better connect with our customers." The integration of AI and ML into their operations is part of this strategy, with a robust platform designed to accommodate a variety of impactful use cases. In collaboration with Manchester Metropolitan University in the UK, TVS Supply Chain Solutions is accelerating its AI adoption. This partnership aims to foster innovation and deliver transformative solutions that enhance decision-making and productivity. Dinesh noted that these initiatives are crucial for establishing a scalable, technology-driven platform that supports future growth. The company is also working to unify its operations across different regions and business sectors, an approach Dinesh refers to as TVS One SCS. In terms of financial performance, he reported a 9% increase in revenue, attributed to strengthening existing customer relationships and successfully onboarding new clients. Total income rose by 8.4%, reaching ₹10,029 crore, compared to ₹9,248 crore in the previous fiscal year.
