On the personal front, she developed a life coach, a content assistant, and a finance manager, each contributing to a more organized workflow. The interconnectedness of these agents has proven to be a game changer. For example, her life coach can access insights from the other agents, enabling her to automate around 70% of her journaling. With these AI systems handling a significant portion of her daily tasks—including research and content distribution—Xiao has noticed a remarkable increase in productivity. Despite these advancements, she admits that her work hours have not shortened. Instead, she has moved away from mundane tasks to focus on more strategic and creative endeavors, leading to longer nights and an ever-expanding workload.
