Vercel CEO says AI agents are turning us all into 'mini CEOs'

He emphasized, "My mental model right now is that the IC is the agent," suggesting that AI capabilities are surpassing human skill levels in certain areas. Vercel's own restructuring saw a reduction of its sales team from ten to a single manager overseeing an AI system.
