Tecno has officially announced that its highly anticipated Pova 7 5G series will launch in India on July 4. The smartphones will be available for purchase through Flipkart, which has already set up a dedicated teaser page for the upcoming lineup. A standout feature of the Tecno Pova 7 5G series is its unique triangular-shaped rear camera module, prominently displayed in the latest promotional materials. This camera setup comprises two sensors, an LED flash, and an LED strip integrated within the camera island. In addition to its striking design, the series introduces the 'Delta Light Interface,' a dynamic lighting feature inspired by the Greek delta symbol (Δ). This innovative interface responds to user interactions, including audio playback, volume adjustments, and notifications. Moreover, Tecno has confirmed the integration of its proprietary AI voice assistant, Ella, which caters to a diverse range of Indian languages such as Hindi, Marathi, Gujarati, and Tamil, thus enhancing accessibility for users across various regions. The Pova 7 series is expected to feature MemFusion Technology, which allows users to virtually expand the device’s RAM using available internal storage. This functionality is becoming increasingly popular among budget and mid-range smartphones, significantly improving multitasking capabilities. While full specifications for all models have yet to be disclosed, Tecno has teased a comprehensive lineup that includes at least four devices: the Pova 7 5G, Pova 7 Pro 5G, Pova 7 Ultra 5G, and Pova 7 Neo. These models are anticipated to deliver enhanced performance and design compared to their predecessors. The Tecno Pova 7 Ultra 5G, which launched in select international markets earlier this week, provides a preview of what Indian customers can expect. It boasts the MediaTek Dimensity 8350 Ultimate chipset, an AMOLED display with a 1.5K resolution and a 144Hz refresh rate, along with a substantial 6,000mAh battery that supports both 70W wired and 30W wireless charging.
