Uber even developed an AI model emulating CEO Dara Khosrowshahi, enabling it to handle pitches prior to actual meetings with him. This shift in management dynamics has sparked discussions about what some are dubbing 'The Great Flattening', where organizational hierarchies are simplified through technology.
