In a nod to its two-decade milestone, Spotify has unveiled a captivating new feature that allows users to relive their entire listening journey. This limited-time offering presents personalized insights, including the date users signed up, the very first track they played, their top artist, and a curated playlist of their most-streamed songs. To access this engaging feature, users can simply search for "Spotify 20" or "Party of the year(s)" within the app or click on a designated link provided by Spotify. Among the highlights is a tailored playlist featuring the top 120 tracks each user has listened to, complete with statistics on how often they played each song and the total number of unique tracks discovered. Much like the annual Wrapped campaign, this new feature encourages sharing, enabling users to post their statistics and playlists on social media platforms and with friends. Spotify has confirmed that this feature is available globally, though it will only remain active for a limited period of six weeks. In conjunction with this launch, Spotify recently shared lists of the most-streamed artists, albums, songs, and podcasts since its inception, with Taylor Swift taking the lead. The Wrapped feature has consistently proven to be a key driver of user interaction, and last year, Spotify noted an impressive engagement surge, with over 200 million users participating within the first day of the Wrapped 2025 launch. This was a notable increase of 19% compared to the previous year, highlighting the enduring appeal of these year-in-review experiences.
