As the launch approaches, the South Korean tech giant has begun unveiling a series of teaser videos that hint at a fresh foldable design, possibly dubbed the new "Galaxy X Fold Wide." While the company has yet to showcase the devices in full, the teasers cleverly utilize visual metaphors—like a broken chocolate bar and an unfinished puzzle—to suggest significant design changes. These hints indicate that the Galaxy Z Fold 8 may sport a new aspect ratio, resulting in a shorter and wider profile when closed. This design could allow the cover screen to mimic a standard smartphone, while the internal display would expand to deliver a broader and more immersive viewing experience for videos, applications, and multitasking.
