Samsung has unveiled a collaboration with popular Indian quick-commerce platform, Swiggy Instamart, to facilitate swift 10-minute deliveries of its Galaxy range. This new service enables users of Instamart to conveniently order a variety of Samsung Galaxy products, including smartphones, smartwatches, tablets, and accessories, all from the comfort of their homes. The primary goal of this partnership is to enhance Samsung’s omnichannel strategy, allowing consumers to access Galaxy technology quickly and efficiently. Rahul Pahwa, Director of MX Business at Samsung India, emphasized that this initiative marks a significant advancement in their omnichannel approach, promising users a Galaxy experience in mere minutes. Currently, this rapid delivery service is set to roll out in major metro areas, although a comprehensive list of locations is still pending. In Noida, for instance, users can already find products such as the Galaxy M36, Galaxy M56, and Galaxy Buds Core available on the app. However, flagship models from the S series are not yet included in the offerings. As the partnership evolves, there is potential for broader availability of these premium devices. In addition to Samsung’s lineup, Instamart also features smartphones from other leading brands like Apple, Nothing, Oppo, Realme, and OnePlus. The app provides various financial incentives, such as EMI options and bank offers, making it easier for users to make quick purchases without breaking the bank.
