Samsung to introduce Bespoke AI kitchen appliances with Gemini at CES 2026: All details

As the countdown to the 2026 Consumer Electronics Show (CES) begins, Samsung, a leading name in consumer electronics, is poised to unveil an exciting array of next-generation kitchen appliances. The South Korean tech powerhouse has announced that it will introduce a selection of Bespoke AI appliances, including a cutting-edge refrigerator, an over-the-range microwave, and a sophisticated wine cellar, all enhanced by vision-based AI technology powered by Google Gemini and Google Cloud. One of the standout products is the Bespoke AI Refrigerator Family Hub, which features advanced Vision AI capabilities. This upgraded model will significantly improve its ability to recognize a wide variety of food items. Previously limited to identifying 37 types of fresh produce and 50 types of pre-registered processed foods, the new fridge will now boast enhanced ingredient recognition, making it easier for users to manage their food inventory effectively. The Bespoke AI Wine Cellar also promises to impress, equipped with AI Vision technology that leverages Google Gemini. This innovative wine cellar will feature a camera positioned at the top, capable of scanning wine labels to help users monitor their collection through the SmartThings AI Wine Manager app. This app will not only track the location of each bottle but will also offer insights about the wine and suggest food pairings. In addition to these flagship products, Samsung will introduce upgraded models of over-the-range Air-Fry and DualVent microwaves, which will feature enhancements such as a redesigned hood structure and the addition of ventilation wings. Additionally, a Bespoke AI 3-Door French Door refrigerator will make its debut at the event. With these groundbreaking innovations, Samsung is clearly making a significant leap in the realm of AI-integrated home appliances for CES 2026.
