Samsung Galaxy S26 series full Specs leaked: What to expect

Samsung is gearing up for the release of its highly anticipated Galaxy S26 series, with recent leaks shedding light on the flagship smartphones' specifications. This new lineup, which includes the Galaxy S26, Galaxy S26+, and Galaxy S26 Ultra, is expected to bring significant advancements in camera capabilities, display technology, and artificial intelligence functionalities. According to tipster Alchimist Leaks, the Galaxy S26 Ultra is set to feature a stunning 6.9-inch Quad HD OLED display, utilizing Samsung's cutting-edge M14 panel. Notably, this model is rumored to introduce an AI-powered privacy-screen feature, allowing users to manage viewing angles for enhanced privacy. The Ultra variant is also anticipated to sport a sophisticated quad rear camera array. This setup may include an updated 200-megapixel primary sensor, a new ultra-wide lens, and a 50-megapixel telephoto lens capable of 5x optical zoom. The fourth lens could either be a 12-megapixel or a 50-megapixel 3x telephoto option, depending on Samsung’s final design choices. Meanwhile, the standard Galaxy S26 and S26+ models are also expected to receive notable camera upgrades. Each may feature a triple rear camera system, consisting of a 50-megapixel main sensor, a 50-megapixel ultra-wide lens, and a 12-megapixel 3x telephoto lens. All three models are likely to adopt the new M14 OLED display technology, boasting Quad HD resolution. The Galaxy S26 is projected to have a 6.3-inch display, while the S26+ could come with a slightly larger 6.7-inch screen. These displays are designed to offer enhanced brightness, contrast, and energy efficiency compared to their predecessors. In terms of performance, the series is expected to be powered by either the Exynos 2600 or the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset, depending on the market. This dual-chip strategy continues Samsung's tradition, with Snapdragon variants primarily available in North America and Exynos models in Europe and other regions. Additionally, the Galaxy S26 Ultra is likely to maintain support for the S Pen, reinforcing its position as the productivity-centric model within the lineup. Battery capacities are also expected to see improvements, with the Ultra model featuring a robust 5,400mAh battery, while the S26+ and S26 might include 4,900mAh and 4,300mAh batteries, respectively. These enhancements suggest a notable boost in endurance across the series.
