This relentless productivity can be overwhelming, particularly in cultures that emphasize problem-solving without reprieve. To counteract this, Wu's team established a "human only" Slack channel, providing a sanctuary for casual conversations, free from AI influence. Initially, there was apprehension among team members about being replaced by AI. However, the experience has led to a realization that AI employees serve to amplify human capabilities rather than diminish them. They encourage workers to focus on their unique strengths and contributions, prompting essential questions about individual expertise in the workplace.
