Jio down? Hundreds of users complain about network connectivity issues

Numerous Reliance Jio customers are experiencing significant network issues, as highlighted by outage monitoring platform Downdetector. Reports on the site indicated that complaints surged to 371 around 1:45 PM on Wednesday. The breakdown of the complaints reveals that 42% of users faced mobile connectivity problems, while 32% reported a complete lack of signal. Additionally, 26% of users encountered difficulties with Jio Fiber services. One frustrated user took to social media, stating, "Hey @JioCare, I work in tech and rely heavily on stable connectivity. But every time electricity goes off, Jio network vanishes completely. I’m in my hometown just for the festivals, and staying connected is essential. Please look into this seriously." As the issues continue to affect users, many are urging the company to address the connectivity challenges promptly, particularly during this festive season when maintaining communication is crucial.
