Realme P4 5G, P4 Pro 5G specs confirmed ahead of India debut: All we know so far

Realme is gearing up for the launch of its P4 smartphone series in India, scheduled for August 20, 2025. The lineup includes the Realme P4 5G and P4 Pro 5G, both of which will be available for purchase through Flipkart and the company's official website. The standard Realme P4 5G is powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 7400 Ultra 5G chipset, enhanced by a dedicated Pixelworks processor. It boasts a 6.77-inch HyperGlow AMOLED display that offers Full-HD+ resolution and a remarkable 144Hz refresh rate. Additionally, the display is HDR10+ certified and can reach peak brightness levels of up to 4,500 nits under certain conditions. Users will benefit from advanced features like 3,840Hz pulse-width modulation dimming and hardware-level blue light and flicker reduction. Equipped with a robust 7,000mAh battery, the P4 5G supports 80W fast charging, promising to charge up to 50% in just about 25 minutes. It also offers reverse charging, AI smart charging, and bypass charging capabilities. To ensure optimal performance, the device features a 7,000 sq mm AirFlow VC cooling system, particularly beneficial during intense gaming sessions. Realme claims that this device can sustain up to 11 hours of continuous gameplay in Battle Ground Mobile India. On the other hand, the Realme P4 Pro 5G will feature a Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 processor along with a dedicated HyperVision AI GPU. It measures 7.68mm in thickness and also comes with a 7,000mAh battery, maintaining the same charging capabilities as the standard model, including 10W reverse charging. The Pro version is touted to deliver over eight hours of BGMI gameplay at 90FPS. Its display is similarly impressive, with the same 6.77-inch HyperGlow AMOLED 4D Curve+ screen, featuring a 144Hz refresh rate, HDR10+ support, and achieving a peak brightness of 6,500 nits, alongside 4,320Hz high-frequency dimming. TÜV Rheinland has certified the display for its eye protection features. Both models are expected to be competitively priced under ₹30,000, making them attractive options for consumers looking for high-performance smartphones.
