Oppo Find X9, Find X9 Pro launching in India next month: here's what to expect

Oppo has officially announced the upcoming launch of its flagship smartphones, the Find X9 and Find X9 Pro, in India next month. Ahead of this highly anticipated release, the Chinese tech giant has begun teasing the new devices, revealing several exciting details. The Find X9 will be available in two colors: Titanium Grey and Space Black, while the Find X9 Pro will feature Silk White and Titanium Charcoal options. Both models have already made their debut in the Chinese market, providing a glimpse of their capabilities. The Oppo Find X9 boasts a large 6.59-inch AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and an impressive peak brightness of 3,600 nits, along with Dolby Vision support. Both the Find X9 and X9 Pro are equipped with an IP68/IP69 rating for water and dust resistance, as well as an in-display ultrasonic fingerprint scanner. Under the hood, the Find X9 is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9500 processor paired with a Mali-G1 Ultra MC12 GPU. Users can expect configurations with 12GB or 16GB of LPDDR5x RAM and storage options of up to 1TB using UFS 4.1 technology. The smartphone is equipped with a robust 7,025mAh battery, capable of 80W SuperVOOC wired fast charging and 50W wireless charging. The device runs on ColorOS 16 based on Android 16. In terms of photography, the Find X9 features a triple camera system that includes a 50MP primary shooter with optical image stabilization, a 50MP ultra-wide lens, and a 3x periscope telephoto lens. For selfies, there is a 32MP front-facing camera using a Sony IMX612 sensor. Meanwhile, the Find X9 Pro steps up the game with a slightly larger 6.78-inch LTPO AMOLED display, boasting a resolution of 2780 x 1264 pixels and the same peak brightness of 3,600 nits. It supports Dolby Vision and ultra-high-frequency PWM dimming at 3840Hz, mirroring the features of its sibling. The X9 Pro also utilizes the Dimensity 9500 processor and offers similar RAM and storage options as the X9. In terms of camera capabilities, it includes a 50MP primary lens, a 50MP ultra-wide lens, and a remarkable 200MP periscope telephoto lens with up to 120 times digital zoom. The front camera is a 50MP Samsung JN5 sensor that supports 4K video recording. Additionally, the Find X9 Pro is powered by a larger 7,500mAh battery, maintaining the same fast charging capabilities as its counterpart.
