OnePlus Pad 3 to go sale in India on 5 September: Price, specs and more

OnePlus has officially unveiled the pricing for its newest tablet, the OnePlus Pad 3, which is set to hit the Indian market on September 5. Initially teased during the launch of the OnePlus 13s, the tablet's release was much anticipated. Now, fans can mark their calendars for its availability. The OnePlus Pad 3 will retail at ₹47,999 for the model featuring 12GB of RAM and 256GB of storage, while the 16GB RAM and 512GB storage variant is priced at ₹52,999. Customers can purchase the tablet through various platforms including Amazon, Flipkart, OnePlus' official website, and physical retail locations starting September 5. To sweeten the deal, OnePlus is offering a ₹5,000 discount for select credit card users, effectively lowering the prices to ₹42,999 and ₹47,999, respectively. In a compelling promotional offer, customers who buy the OnePlus Pad 3 between September 5 and 7 will receive the OnePlus Stylo 2 and a Folio case, valued at ₹7,198, at no extra cost. The tablet boasts a stunning 13.2-inch 3.4K 144Hz IPS LCD display, achieving peak brightness of 900 nits and a rapid touch sampling rate of 540Hz, ensuring a vivid viewing experience. The audio experience is enhanced by an eight-speaker setup, making it ideal for multimedia consumption. Visually, the Pad 3 has evolved from its predecessor, bidding farewell to the circular rear camera configuration in favor of a sleek vertical pill-shaped camera island. With a slim profile measuring just 5.97mm and weighing 675 grams, it combines aesthetics with portability. Under the hood, the tablet runs on the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite processor, the same chipset featured in the OnePlus 13 and OnePlus 13s, paired with up to 16GB of LPDDR5T RAM and 512GB of UFS 4.0 storage. Operating on OxygenOS 15 based on Android 15, the OnePlus Pad 3 promises three years of operating system updates and six years of security patches. It retains the multitasking capabilities of its predecessor, allowing users to utilize features like open-canvas and multi-device connectivity seamlessly. For photography, it includes a 13MP rear camera with LED flash and an 8MP front camera, perfect for video calls and casual selfies. A robust 12,140mAh battery supports 80W SuperVOOC fast wired charging, ensuring that users stay powered throughout the day.
