
OnePlus has officially announced that its upcoming flagship device, the OnePlus 15R, will make history as the first smartphone globally to feature the Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 mobile platform. This latest addition to the OnePlus R series emphasizes high performance and top-tier gaming capabilities. The Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 marks a significant upgrade in Qualcomm's lineup, boasting a 36% enhancement in CPU performance compared to its predecessor, the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3. He noted his anticipation for consumer response once the OnePlus 15R hits the market later this year.
