Today marks the highly anticipated launch of the OnePlus 13s in India, with the event kicking off at 12:00 PM IST. Fans and tech aficionados can catch the live stream on the OnePlus India YouTube channel as well as on the company’s official website. In the lead-up to the launch, OnePlus has teased several exciting features of the new smartphone, which will be available in three attractive colors: Black Velvet, Pink Satin, and Green Silk. Designed with portability in mind, the OnePlus 13s promises a sleek and compact form factor that doesn't sacrifice performance. To stay updated, users can opt for the “Notify Me” feature on the OnePlus website for real-time alerts regarding availability. While the official price has not been disclosed, OnePlus CEO Robin Liu has indicated that the 13s will fall between the premium OnePlus 13, priced at ₹69,999, and the more affordable OnePlus 13R, which starts at ₹42,999. Speculation suggests that the smartphone may be priced around ₹55,000. Some reports even hint that the OnePlus 13s could be a rebranded version of the OnePlus 13T, which was earlier launched in China for approximately ₹39,000. The device will be accessible through Amazon India, the official OnePlus website, and select retail outlets across the country. The OnePlus 13s features a 6.32-inch display and is powered by Qualcomm's Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset, promising significant improvements in both performance and energy efficiency. In a notable design change, OnePlus is replacing its traditional alert slider with a new Plus Key that offers users enhanced customization options. The smartphone is expected to come with up to 512GB of internal storage and 12GB of RAM, along with OnePlus’ suite of AI tools aimed at improving user productivity and personalization. On the camera front, it will include a 32MP front-facing camera, while leaks suggest a dual 50MP rear camera setup. Equipped with the latest G1 Wi-Fi chipset, the OnePlus 13s is also expected to support 5.5G networks, aligning with India's evolving telecom landscape. With dimensions of 8.15mm in thickness and a weight of approximately 185 grams, it is designed for ease of use with one hand. Stay tuned for further updates following the official launch.
