The excitement is building as the Amazon Prime Day sale approaches, and OnePlus has unveiled enticing deals on its flagship devices, particularly the OnePlus 13. During this much-anticipated event, the OnePlus 13 will be available for an attractive price of under ₹60,000, thanks to significant discounts. Originally launched at ₹69,999 for the 12GB RAM/256GB storage variant and ₹76,999 for the 16GB RAM/512GB version, the OnePlus 13 will see its price reduced to ₹64,999 during the Prime Day sale. Additionally, buyers can enjoy a ₹5,000 bank discount applicable to select cards, bringing the effective price down to just ₹59,999. There will also be a nine-month no-cost EMI option available, though details on qualifying bank cards are yet to be confirmed. In addition to the OnePlus 13, the OnePlus 13s will also be featured in this sale, with a ₹5,000 discount that lowers its starting price to ₹49,999. The OnePlus 13 boasts a stunning 6.82-inch 120Hz ProXDR LTPO 4.1 AMOLED display, capable of reaching peak brightness levels of 4,500 nits (1,600 nits in high brightness mode). Departing from its predecessor’s curved design, the new model features a quad-curved display protected by Ceramic Glass. Under the hood, the device is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite processor, offering configurations of 12GB, 16GB, or even 24GB of LPDDR5X RAM, along with storage options ranging from 256GB to a whopping 1TB of UFS 4.0 storage. The OnePlus 13 is equipped with a robust 6,000mAh battery that supports lightning-fast 100W wired charging and 50W wireless charging. Photography enthusiasts will appreciate the triple-camera system featuring 50-megapixel sensors, co-designed with Hasselblad. This setup includes a Sony LYT-808 primary lens, a Sony LYT 600 telephoto lens with 3x optical zoom, and a Samsung ISOCELL JN5 ultra-wide-angle shooter. While both the primary and telephoto cameras support optical image stabilization (OIS) and electronic image stabilization (EIS), the ultra-wide-angle lens only supports EIS. For selfies and video calls, a 32MP Sony IMX615 front camera is available. Running on the latest OxygenOS 15 based on Android 15, OnePlus promises four years of OS updates and six years of security updates for the OnePlus 13. The phone features an upgraded ultrasonic fingerprint sensor, enhancing security over the previous optical version. Moreover, it boasts IP68 and IP69 ratings, allowing the device to endure submersion in water up to 1.5 meters for 30 minutes and withstand high-temperature water jets. Despite the arrival of new competitors, the OnePlus 13 remains a compelling choice under ₹60,000. With its impressive LTPO display, flagship processor, comprehensive camera system, and robust build quality, it still stands out. For those seeking a more compact device and willing to sacrifice some camera capabilities and water resistance, the OnePlus 13s presents a viable alternative.
