Meta to test job applicants with AI-assisted coding interviews amid AI expansion plans: Report

An internal memo shared among staff stated, "Meta is developing a new type of coding interview in which candidates have access to an AI assistant. This aligns more closely with the developer environment our future employees will be part of and also reduces the effectiveness of LLM-based cheating."
