As the festive season approaches, e-commerce platforms are gearing up for significant sales, and one of the most anticipated events is the Amazon Great Indian Festival. This year, the spotlight is on the iPhone 15, which debuted in September 2023. During the upcoming sale, customers can snag this popular device for under ₹45,000, marking a historic low price. Initially launched at ₹79,900, the iPhone 15 saw a price drop to ₹69,900 within a year. Following the recent announcement of the iPhone 17, Apple has discontinued the iPhone 15, meaning it will no longer be produced or sold on their official channels. However, remaining stock at e-commerce retailers can still be purchased. Ahead of the sale, Amazon listed the iPhone 15's 128GB variant at ₹59,900. But starting tomorrow, the price will drop to an incredible ₹43,749, enhanced by additional bank offers, although specific details on these promotions have yet to be unveiled. In terms of features, the iPhone 15 boasts a 6.1-inch Super Retina XDR OLED display with an impressive peak brightness of 2,000 nits. This model introduces the Dynamic Island technology, replacing the traditional notch seen in previous iPhones. The device is equipped with a dual-camera system, featuring a 48MP primary lens alongside a 12MP ultra-wide sensor, while a 12MP front camera comes with autofocus capabilities. Powered by Apple's A16 Bionic chip and accompanied by 6GB of RAM, the iPhone 15 supports the latest iOS 26. However, it does not support the new AI features branded as Apple Intelligence. For those considering alternatives, the iPhone 16 may also be available on Flipkart for less than ₹50,000, depending on discounts and bank offers. Additionally, if Android is appealing, devices like the OnePlus 13 and OnePlus 13R will be heavily discounted, priced at ₹47,749 and ₹35,749, respectively. Moreover, Samsung is set to introduce a Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 variant of the Galaxy S24 on Flipkart, with a promotional price of ₹39,999. Stay tuned for more updates on pricing and features for the upcoming iPhone 17 models.
