Luna Band to debut in India with AI-powered health tracking and voice support: Waitlist is now open

Luna has officially unveiled the Luna Band in India, marking the arrival of a groundbreaking voice-first wearable that emphasizes daily health management and performance tracking. The device is touted as the first of its kind that prioritizes daily activities over mere data collection, aptly stating that it “opens to your day, not your data.” Equipped with an advanced health intelligence engine, the Luna Band continuously monitors bodily signals and integrates them with various health data sources, including blood markers, medical history, and dietary habits. The aim is to help users achieve their optimal state each day by focusing on their schedules and actionable insights rather than traditional health dashboards. The device features haptic alerts that provide contextual prompts tailored to the wearer's condition and schedule. For instance, its morning notification can suggest postponing coffee consumption, while delivering timely reminders for ideal periods of focused work. The accompanying Luna app features a straightforward “Today” interface, offering a well-structured daily plan marked by various sources such as Sleep AI, Nutrition AI, and Activity AI. As users complete tasks, the interface highlights ongoing activities and queues upcoming recommendations, fostering an organized approach to wellness. Additionally, the platform's Peak Score system enables users to monitor their long-term wellness and performance patterns, accumulating towards Peak Days over time. Among the innovative features is voice-powered logging for meals, exercises, and daily routines. Users can engage in conversational health queries by asking, “Ask Luna anything about your health,” which enhances the interactive experience. The app also encompasses a micro-app ecosystem addressing stress management, nutrition, fitness, and productivity, along with personalized recommendations based on user data for tailored health strategies. To simplify data entry, the Luna Band allows voice logging for various activities, ensuring that users can easily input information without manual typing. The first wave of Luna Band releases will be available through an invite-only system, with shipping slated to commence in late July 2026. Interested users can now join the waitlist via the Luna Band registration page.
