LTM deepens enterprise AI play, partners with Anthropic to deploy Claude at scale

LTM, previously known as LTIMindtree, has joined forces with the AI startup Anthropic to seamlessly incorporate its Claude AI model family into enterprise software engineering and business operations. This strategic partnership marks a significant move for the Indian IT services sector as it aligns with leading frontier AI model providers. The collaboration will integrate Claude, Claude Code, and Claude Cowork into LTM's BlueVerse AI Delivery Fabric. The initial focus will be on sectors such as banking and financial services, high-tech industries, consumer goods, and manufacturing, targeting specific enterprise applications including software engineering, application modernisation, site reliability engineering (SRE), observability, and agent orchestration. As the IT services landscape in India transitions from AI experimentation to widespread enterprise deployments, LTM is investing in enhancing its delivery capabilities around leading foundation models from companies like Anthropic, OpenAI, and Google. In this partnership, LTM plans to expand its AI1000 talent programme to train and deploy thousands of Claude-certified architects and Forward Deployed Engineers (FDEs). Additionally, they will establish a dedicated Claude Centre of Excellence (CoE) focused on developing reusable AI skills, applications, reference architectures, and governance frameworks that prioritize responsible AI and data privacy. Chris Ciauri, Managing Director of International at Anthropic, emphasized LTM's delivery expertise and its long-standing relationships with clients across various industries. He stated, "LTM is embedding Claude and Claude Code in BlueVerse, bringing trusted frontier AI technology to the center of how they do what they do best - help their clients build, modernize, and run their software." For LTM, this partnership aims to elevate enterprise AI projects from mere proof-of-concept to full-scale production deployments.
