This new Hisense phone comes with a detachable second display; but it's not what you'd expect

Hisense has unveiled an innovative smartphone, the Hisense A10, featuring a unique dual-display system that includes a detachable secondary screen. This magnetic LCD display can be easily attached or removed, offering users flexibility based on their needs. Although the phone has not yet officially launched, it promises to deliver some remarkable features worth noting. The Hisense A10 is equipped with a 6.13-inch e-ink monochrome display, resembling the pages of an e-book, ideal for reading, note-taking, and studying. The rear of the device houses the detachable color LCD, which can be utilized independently from the phone. This dual-display approach allows users to leverage each screen for distinct purposes—while the e-ink display enhances eye comfort and battery efficiency for reading tasks, the color LCD is perfect for watching videos, browsing colorful content, and utilizing apps that require a vibrant display. In addition to its dual-screen capabilities, the Hisense A10 is powered by a 4nm octa-core SoC, with expectations pointing toward a Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor. The smartphone also includes support for 5G connectivity and Wi-Fi 6. As for pricing, while the Hisense A10 is anticipated to launch in China, its release in India remains unconfirmed. The expected price stands at around 3999 yuan, roughly translating to Rs. 56,500, but official pricing details are still forthcoming.
