
Infinix has officially introduced its latest mid-range smartphone, the GT 30 5G+, in the Indian market, specifically designed for mobile gamers. With a starting price of ₹19,499, the device will hit Flipkart shelves starting August 14, and promotional offers may reduce the effective price to as low as ₹17,999. The GT 30 5G+ boasts several standout features aimed at enhancing the gaming experience. Notably, it includes the industry-first GT Shoulder Gaming Triggers for a console-like control experience, as well as Krafton-certified 90FPS gameplay capabilities in popular titles like BGMI. The phone showcases a Cyber Mecha 2.0 design, complete with programmable white LED lights that respond to notifications, charging, and music playback. At the heart of the GT 30 5G+ lies the MediaTek Dimensity 7400 processor, paired with up to 16GB of LPDDR5X RAM, which includes virtual RAM for improved performance. The device also features an advanced six-layer 3D vapor chamber cooling system, promising 20% better thermal management compared to earlier models. The smartphone sports a vibrant 6.78-inch 1.5K AMOLED display, offering a 144Hz refresh rate and a touch sampling rate of 2160Hz, all while achieving a peak brightness of 4500 nits. To ensure durability, it is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 7i and has an IP64 rating for dust and splash resistance. In the camera department, the GT 30 5G+ is equipped with a 64MP Sony main sensor and an 8MP ultra-wide lens. It also incorporates AI-powered editing tools such as AI Extender, AI Eraser, and AI Cutout. Both the rear and front cameras, which is 13MP, support 4K video recording, with the front camera featuring a screen flash for better low-light selfies. Powering the device is a robust 5500mAh battery that supports 45W fast charging. Additionally, the phone includes bypass charging to minimize heat while gaming and reverse charging to power other devices. Running on XOS 15 based on Android 15, the GT 30 5G+ comes preloaded with AI tools like AI Note, Writing Assistant, and the Folax voice assistant. Infinix has committed to providing two major Android OS updates and three years of security support. Available in striking colors—Cyber Green, Pulse Blue, and Blade White—the GT 30 5G+ is set to be available on Flipkart starting August 14.
