
HMD has officially launched a trio of new devices in India, expanding its offerings to include the HMD Vibe 5G, HMD 101 4G, and HMD 102 4G. These devices are tailored to meet varying consumer demands, from budget-friendly 5G smartphones to straightforward 4G feature phones. The HMD Vibe 5G is the highlight of this launch, representing the company's foray into affordable 5G smartphones. It features a 6.67-inch HD+ LCD display with a smooth 90Hz refresh rate. The camera capabilities are impressive for its price point, boasting a dual rear setup that includes a 50MP main camera and a 2MP depth sensor, alongside an 8MP front-facing camera. The device runs on a Unisoc T760 6nm octa-core processor and operates on Android 15, complemented by a promise of quarterly security updates for two years. Additional specifications include 4GB of RAM, an additional 4GB of virtual RAM, 128GB of internal storage, 5G support across nine bands, a robust 5000mAh battery with 18W fast charging, a dedicated notification light, and a one-year replacement guarantee. On the other hand, the HMD 101 4G and HMD 102 4G are aimed at users seeking reliable and uncomplicated devices. Both models feature a compact 2-inch QQVGA display, USB Type-C charging, Bluetooth connectivity, dual SIM support, and a 1,000mAh battery. They can accommodate up to 32GB of external memory and come equipped with FM radio, an MP3 player, cloud apps, and support for local languages. Designed with user-friendliness in mind, these phones feature large buttons, a built-in torch, and a lanyard hole. The HMD 101 4G is available in Dark Blue, Red, and Blue, while the HMD 102 4G comes in Dark Blue, Red, and Purple, and includes a QVGA camera with flash and a coordinated keypad. In terms of pricing, the HMD Vibe 5G is set at an introductory price of ₹8,999. Meanwhile, the HMD 101 4G and HMD 102 4G are priced at ₹1,899 and ₹2,199, respectively. All three devices have been made available through major retail outlets, prominent e-commerce platforms, and HMD's official website starting from September 11, 2025.
