India AI Impact Summit: Macron, Lula, UAE Crown Prince- Full list of world leaders to attend

New Delhi is gearing up to host a pivotal event that merges diplomacy and technology with the upcoming India–AI Impact Summit 2026, scheduled from February 16 to 20. Centered on the themes of People, Planet, and Progress, this summit aims to position artificial intelligence as a catalyst for development while addressing global governance challenges. Prime Minister Narendra Modi is leading this ambitious initiative, which will welcome heads of state and government from various continents, along with representatives from international organizations and ministerial delegations representing over 45 countries. Among the notable attendees will be the UN Secretary-General and other high-ranking multilateral officials. Expected participants include prominent leaders such as Emmanuel Macron from France, Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva from Brazil, and Kyriakos Mitsotakis from Greece, among others. The summit will also see participation from vice presidents of Bolivia, Guyana, and Seychelles, the prime minister of Kazakhstan, and the hereditary prince of Liechtenstein. The primary objective of the summit is to create a global dialogue on frameworks for AI cooperation, encompassing development applications, governance, and sustainability.
