Realme 15 series launching on 24 July: Key specs revealed ahead of debut

Realme is gearing up for the launch of its highly anticipated Realme 15 Pro 5G, scheduled for July 24 in India. Alongside the Pro model, the standard Realme 15 5G will also make its debut, marking a significant upgrade from the earlier Realme 14 Pro 5G series introduced this January. Ahead of the official unveiling, a dedicated microsite on Flipkart has unveiled several enticing specifications for the Realme 15 Pro 5G. The device is expected to feature a robust 7,000mAh battery, complemented by rapid 80W wired charging capabilities. Impressively slim at just 7.69mm thick, the phone promises a sleek design. The display of the Realme 15 Pro 5G is particularly noteworthy, boasting a 4D curved screen with a centrally positioned hole-punch cutout. Users can look forward to a high refresh rate of 144Hz, a peak brightness of 6,500 nits, a touch sampling rate of 2,500Hz, and an impressive 94% screen-to-body ratio. Furthermore, the device will be protected by Corning Gorilla Glass and is rated IP69 for dust and water resistance. Under the hood, the smartphone will be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 chipset, promising stable 120fps gaming performance. Realme has also confirmed that the device will include its innovative GT Boost 3.0 and Gaming Coach 2.0 features, designed specifically to enhance the gaming experience. In addition to performance upgrades, both models in the Realme 15 series are expected to incorporate advanced AI photo editing tools, including AI Edit Genie and AI Party, aimed at simplifying automated enhancements and user edits. The smartphones will be available in four stylish colors: Flowing Silver, Silk Pink, Silk Purple, and Velvet Green. Sales will be conducted through Flipkart and the Realme India website. While camera specifications are still under wraps, further details are anticipated as the launch date approaches.
