These AI assistants include a salesperson, a business operations manager, a family logistics coordinator, and even an education advisor for her children. Vo emphasizes that these agents are not just tools but rather a cohesive team enhancing her professional image and personal life. Previously, Vo spent around ten hours a week on customer relationship management and email drafting, tasks that are now efficiently handled by her AI agents. She expressed that this transition has not only saved her time but also provided tangible economic benefits. Nonetheless, Vo remains aware of the potential risks associated with increased automation, including the possibility of AI agents inadvertently deleting important files or managing sensitive information about her children. To mitigate these risks, she implements a "progressive trust process," where she gradually extends access to her AI agents, starting with calendar management and advancing to email drafting and sending. The growing trend of autonomous AI agents has not gone unnoticed in the tech community. Peter Steinberger, creator of OpenClaw, recently joined OpenAI to develop the next generation of personal AI agents, while Nvidia's CEO, Jensen Huang, emphasized the necessity for companies to adopt their own strategies for these technologies. In response to security concerns, Huang unveiled NemoClaw, Nvidia’s version of OpenClaw, designed to enhance privacy and security measures for users. However, the technology has not been without its critics. Meta's AI alignment director, Summer Yue, recounted her own chaotic experience with OpenClaw, highlighting the challenges that come with such powerful AI tools. She described a frantic moment of rushing to her Mac mini, likening it to diffusing a bomb when her AI managed to delete her emails uncontrollably.
