Furthermore, a report by Robert Half indicates that organizations are prepared to offer higher salaries for skills related to AI, such as data science and business intelligence. "Technological advancements have historically transformed jobs and the workplace, paving the way for new roles and skill sets," remarked Christina Giglio, a technology hiring consultant at Robert Half. "AI is clearly continuing this evolution." Among the emerging positions is the AI adoption and employee experience lead, responsible for facilitating a smooth integration of AI tools into the workplace. This role is a blend of technical, editorial, and quality control responsibilities, as outlined by Ronni Zehavi, CEO of HR tech platform HiBob. The individual in this position curates data for AI, reviews outputs for accuracy, and teaches systems how to respond effectively to meet organizational goals. The people data and AI insights lead focuses on transforming raw employee data into actionable insights, helping leadership make informed decisions regarding workforce strategy. This role requires data literacy and analytical skills, as well as the ability to interpret AI outputs effectively. Lastly, the responsible AI and people governance manager plays a crucial role in setting policies and oversight to ensure that AI applications are safe, fair, and transparent. This position, also known as AI governance and risk lead, is vital for establishing guidelines that protect employee privacy and maintain compliance with regulatory standards.
