Dell launches new premium Alienware Area-51 and Aurora gaming desktops in India

Dell has introduced two new high-performance gaming desktops under its renowned Alienware brand: the Alienware Area-51 and the Alienware Aurora. Engineered to appeal to a diverse range of gamers, both models are equipped with the latest Intel Core Ultra Series processors and NVIDIA GeForce RTX 40 and 50 Series graphics cards. The Alienware Area-51 represents a revival of the brand's legendary gaming desktop, now designed for top-tier performance. It supports the powerful NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5090 and is built on NVIDIA's innovative Blackwell architecture. According to Dell, this model is the quietest and most robust Alienware desktop to date, featuring enhanced thermal performance with redesigned airflow, larger fans, and a liquid cooling system. At maximum performance, this desktop reportedly operates 45% quieter and delivers up to 50% more processing power than its predecessors. Customization options abound with the Area-51, which can accommodate high-end GPUs (up to quad-slot 450mm) and 1500W power supplies. It also includes a QR code system for effortless upgrades, supports AlienFX lighting, and offers an optional kit for compatibility with third-party motherboards. On the other hand, the Alienware Aurora has been revamped for 2025, sporting a more compact and thermally efficient chassis. Aimed at both novice and seasoned gamers, this model supports Intel Core Ultra 9 CPUs, up to 64GB of 6400MHz RAM, and NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5080 graphics. With 240mm liquid cooling and a design that is 55% smaller than the Area-51, it is ideal for high-performance gaming in limited spaces. Both desktops come with access to the Alienware Elite Care program, which provides round-the-clock technical support, accidental damage protection, and proactive issue detection via Dell’s SupportAssist technology. Additionally, customers will gain access to PC Game Pass, unlocking a rotating selection of popular game titles. Pricing for the Alienware Area-51 begins at ₹5,09,263.22, while the Alienware Aurora starts at ₹1,92,526.44 (taxes included). Both models are now available for purchase through Dell’s official website, Dell Exclusive Stores, and various retail partners, including Croma, Reliance Digital, Vijay Sales, and leading online marketplaces.
