This alarming revelation came to light when popular YouTubers Coffeezilla and penguinz0, both of whom ordered the Trump Mobile T1 phone, were notified by a researcher about the leak. Coffeezilla, known for exposing cryptocurrency scams, admitted, "I know that because sadly I am one of those customers whose mailing address, email address, you know, everything short of credit card number is being leaked." The two influencers stated that their interest in the T1 was purely curiosity-driven, not a show of support for Trump's ventures. Unfortunately, they, along with other customers, find themselves victims of a significant data breach. The researcher who alerted them confirmed attempts to contact Trump Mobile went unanswered, leaving the situation unresolved. "All of us have been met with radio silence," noted penguinz0. While details on how the data was accessed remain vague, both YouTubers affirmed that it was surprisingly easy to find. Trump Mobile has yet to respond to inquiries from TechCrunch regarding this issue. According to the leaked information, it seems that only around 30,000 units of the T1 were ordered, a stark contrast to the 590,000 pre-orders initially anticipated last year. Originally launched with the promise of a fully American-made phone, the T1 has faced scrutiny over its design and functionality. Reports indicate discrepancies in the phone's appearance, such as the inclusion of an American flag featuring only 11 stripes.
