We built our tiny home using ChatGPT with no experience. Here's where AI saved us time and money — and where it didn't.

With approximately 250 materials needed for construction, organized planning was crucial. The couple faced daily decisions that required careful consideration. They recognized the importance of having experienced guidance alongside AI assistance. Anne's father contributed by helping with the electrical and plumbing systems, while their architect friend offered critical insights on ventilation and insulation. In retrospect, both Simone and Anne believe that while building solely with ChatGPT was possible, the outcome would not have been as satisfactory. Their combined efforts, along with the support of knowledgeable friends, ultimately resulted in a well-constructed tiny home, embodying their dream of a unique living space.
