Apple has unveiled an expanded range of AppleCare+ options for users in India, introducing enhanced features such as Theft and Loss coverage specifically for iPhone. This new offering allows customers to choose plans that are both flexible in duration and affordable, ensuring that they have comprehensive protection for their devices. The updated plans come with both monthly and annual subscription choices, which can be maintained for as long as desired. According to Kaiann Drance, Apple's vice president of Worldwide iPhone Product Marketing, "AppleCare gives our customers peace of mind knowing that their products are protected and supported by Apple experts." The newly introduced AppleCare+ with Theft and Loss provides coverage for up to two incidents of theft or loss each year, in addition to all standard AppleCare+ benefits. These benefits include battery replacements, 24/7 priority customer support, and unlimited accidental damage repairs utilizing authentic Apple components. Coverage can be obtained through Apple Stores and authorized service providers, with plans starting at INR 799. Customers can easily explore available subscription options or purchase coverage directly through the Settings app on their iPhone, iPad, or Mac. Coverage activates immediately, regardless of whether a customer opts for a monthly or annual subscription. Further details and enrollment information can be found on the Apple India website.
