Apple Koregaon Park store opens September 4, bringing premium retail experience to Pune

Apple is gearing up to open the doors of its latest retail store, Apple Koregaon Park, on Thursday, September 4. This exciting addition, situated in Pune's vibrant cultural and educational district, marks the company's first presence in the city and its fourth outlet in India, following launches in Mumbai, Delhi, and Bengaluru. The new store promises to offer customers an extensive range of Apple products, expert support from knowledgeable staff, and engaging educational experiences through its Today at Apple sessions. Deirdre O’Brien, Apple’s senior vice president of Retail, expressed enthusiasm about the opening, stating, "There’s nothing we love more in Apple Retail than connecting with customers. In a city celebrated for its history and creativity, Apple Koregaon Park introduces an incredible new destination for customers to connect with all things Apple." Among the products available will be the latest iPhone 16 lineup, the M4-powered MacBook Air, and the iPad Air complemented by the Apple Pencil Pro. Additionally, services such as Apple Music, Apple TV+, Apple Trade In, and personalized setup options will be accessible to shoppers. A dedicated Apple Pickup area will streamline the collection of online orders, while business customers can receive specialized advice from dedicated teams. The store will employ a team of 68 staff members hailing from 11 different Indian states, all expertly trained to provide Apple’s renowned customer service. Reflecting Apple’s commitment to sustainability, the Koregaon Park location will operate entirely on renewable energy and maintain a carbon-neutral footprint. In addition to shopping, customers can participate in Today at Apple sessions, which are free workshops led by Apple Creatives. These sessions will cover various topics like photography on the iPhone, digital note-taking on the iPad, and an introduction to using a Mac. Each program aims to inspire creativity and enhance user engagement with Apple products. To commemorate this grand opening, Apple has also launched custom wallpapers and curated playlists featuring local artists, adding a personal touch to the celebration. The store will officially open at 1 PM on September 4, inviting everyone to experience the new Apple Koregaon Park.
