Apple might take a new approach to announcing its next products

Apple is gearing up for an innovative approach to its upcoming product announcements, inviting tech journalists to a "special Apple experience" scheduled for March 4. This event promises to break from the traditional single keynote format, as reported by Bloomberg's Mark Gurman. Instead of a single presentation, Apple plans a dynamic three-day series of announcements leading up to the main event. This exciting lineup is expected to unfold primarily online and will culminate in a hands-on experience in major cities including New York, London, and Shanghai. Here, members of the press will have the opportunity to interact directly with the new products set to be unveiled. Industry analysts, including Daring Fireball’s John Gruber, speculate that this format may feature in-person demonstrations, allowing attendees to explore the new devices first-hand. During this period, Apple is anticipated to reveal at least five new products, among them a budget-friendly MacBook. Other possible announcements might include the iPhone 17e, an M4 chip-equipped iPad Air, a new base model iPad, and refreshed versions of the MacBook Air and MacBook Pro. While Gurman indicates that all these devices are slated for a spring release, there remains some uncertainty regarding the specific timing of each announcement.
