Apple is set to unveil its first retail store in South India, named Apple Hebbal, in Bengaluru on Tuesday, September 2. This new location marks the company’s third physical store in India, complementing existing outlets in Mumbai and Delhi, along with its online store. Situated in a city renowned as a hub for technology, Apple Hebbal will offer customers an opportunity to explore the full array of Apple products. This includes the latest iPhone 16 lineup, advanced MacBook Pro models featuring the M4 chip series, the iPad Air paired with Apple Pencil Pro, and the Apple Watch Series 10. Additionally, customers will find accessories like AirPods 4 and AirTag available for purchase. The store will deliver services well-known to Apple users around the globe, such as the Genius Bar for technical support, personalized shopping experiences, and the Apple Trade In program. A special Apple Pickup zone has also been established for those picking up online orders at their convenience. Operating with a team of 70 staff members representing 15 states across India, Apple has ensured that its employees are equipped to assist customers with product inquiries, financing options, setup assistance, and transitioning to iOS. In alignment with Apple's sustainability goals, the Hebbal location will run entirely on renewable energy and maintain carbon neutrality. Moreover, Apple Hebbal is designed to serve as an educational venue. Visitors will have access to free daily sessions titled “Today at Apple,” focusing on various skills such as iPhone photography, exploring artificial intelligence, and creative illustration using the Apple Pencil on the iPad. Group sessions will also be available for families, students, or organizations looking to learn together. The grand opening of Apple Hebbal is scheduled for 1 p.m. IST on Tuesday, further solidifying Apple’s expanding retail presence in India.
