Anthropic ramps up its political activities with a new PAC

This initiative, dubbed AnthroPAC, is set to contribute to both major political parties during the upcoming midterm elections, targeting current lawmakers in Washington D.C. as well as promising political newcomers. The PAC will operate through voluntary contributions from employees, with individual donations capped at $5,000, according to Bloomberg. The Federal Election Commission has received the necessary documentation, which includes the signature of Allison Rossi, Anthropic’s treasurer.
