Lovable, a pioneering startup in the vibe coding arena, has reached a remarkable valuation of $6.6 billion following its latest funding round, as reported by sources familiar with the transaction. This valuation represents a significant increase from the $1.8 billion valuation achieved just months prior, in July. The latest round, which is Lovable's third fundraising effort of 2025, has captured the attention of major investors, including Accel, a prominent U.S. venture capital firm. Accel's involvement marks its continued support for Lovable, having participated in previous funding rounds as well. Notably, the firm has also backed several other successful AI startups, including Cursor and Thinking Machines, the latter founded by former OpenAI executive Mira Murati. Khosla Ventures, another key player in the investment landscape, is also reportedly involved in this funding round, which has not yet been publicly disclosed. Lovable has not commented on the funding round as of the publication of this article. Founded in 2023, Lovable has rapidly grown, reporting an impressive $200 million in annual recurring revenue (ARR) within just a year of generating its first $1 million in ARR. The company’s previous funding round in July raised $200 million, with contributions from notable investors such as Creandum and Klarna's Sebastian Siemiatkowski. As a leader in the vibe coding sector, Lovable is tapping into a growing market that has attracted significant investment. Comparatively, in the U.S., other coding startups like Anysphere and Replit have also garnered attention with billion-dollar valuations and substantial funding rounds. Headquartered in Stockholm, Lovable is expanding its presence with new offices in Boston and San Francisco. The startup’s innovative platform leverages AI models from industry leaders like OpenAI and Anthropic, allowing users to create applications and websites through simple text prompts, eliminating the need for traditional coding skills. As of its last ARR update, Lovable reported that users were launching approximately 100,000 projects daily on its platform.
