Both models feature advanced neural processing units (NPUs) that enhance AI-driven tasks like background blurring, audio improvements, and image generation, ensuring users can enjoy seamless performance. When it comes to display technology, the Helios Neo 16 AI showcases a stunning 16-inch WQXGA IPS panel that boasts a rapid 240Hz refresh rate, 1ms response time, and a brightness level of 500 nits, alongside a complete DCI-P3 color gamut. Meanwhile, the Helios Neo 16S AI opts for a WQXGA OLED display, providing richer blacks and superior contrast, all within a lightweight chassis that achieves an impressive screen-to-body ratio of over 90%. Both laptops support a staggering maximum of 64GB DDR5 RAM and up to 2TB of PCIe Gen4 SSD storage. Cooling is efficiently managed by Acer’s 5th Generation AeroBlade 3D fans, enhanced with liquid metal thermal grease and vector heat pipes for optimal performance. Additional features include a customizable 4-zone RGB keyboard, RGB logo lighting, and integration with Acer’s PredatorSense software for user-friendly system management and AI configurations. A dedicated Copilot key is also included for quick access to performance tools. As for connectivity, users can expect robust options including Thunderbolt 4, HDMI 2.1, USB Type-C, and Killer DoubleShot Pro technology for superior Wi-Fi 6E and Ethernet performance.
